Edam

Edam cheese is a semi-hard cheese, yellow with a mildly tangy and slightly salty tease. it is made from partially skimmed milk.

Edam is traditionally sold in rounded cylinders with a pale yellow interior and a coat, or rind, of red paraffin wax.
