Shrimp 

Hermes offers Shrimps. There are a variety of different types and sources of shrimp. Shrimp are usually sold by weight or by size. Shrimp color will vary from one species to another. The meat color of raw shrimp can range from white to shades of gray and light bluish tints covered by surface patterns of red, pink or dark gray. All types of shrimp turn a pink or reddish color when cooked.
